First off, Jordan was extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions about the property before booking. Jordan also helped coordinate transportation and food, prior to our arrival. This coordination took all the planning out of our trip, which made a stress free vacation. I read several reviews about the villa, before I booked. A number of guests complimented Paco and his staff. After our stay, I can confirm all of the positive comments were legitimate. They truly went above and beyond to meet our needs. Whether that meant delaying breakfast, running to the store for more drinks, or making dinner reservations, they did it all. Plus, the food was better at the villa than in town! Lastly the location just can't be beat. The views were incredible, the pool was perfect, the beach was great, and downtown was just a 5min drive. All of my guests were absolutely blown away by everything the property had to offer. This was like any other vacation I have ever booked. It convenience, luxury, and relaxation in one package. I will definitely be making another trip back. Trip of a life time!
We had a group of 15 stay at Villa Estrella Mar for my husband's 60th birthday. From the first time I contacted Jordan until the moment we left, everything was superb. I am a planner and had many questions for Jordan before our arrival. I wanted everything to be perfect for my husband's birthday. Jordan was informative, patient and very generous with her time. When we arrived at the Villa, all I can say is WOW! The house is absolutely stunning. The main floor with the living room and kitchen is spacious with several different seating areas and a cool breeze blowing through the house. The bedrooms were also gorgeous. The Master suite and Jr. Master Suite are regal and grand. And the four other suites were also beautiful - very grand and spacious in their own right. We stayed in the Master and I can say that I would have been very happy in any of the other 5 rooms. The only one with a different feel is the twin room - quite a bit smaller though still with a balcony overlooking the pool. This would be perfect for kids, or fine for a single person. The staff really made the stay special. Paco was so helpful, patient and kind. Gibran was wonderful as well and Lupe's meals were delicious. We ate at the Villa every night and morning which is so much nicer for a large group than venturing into a restaurant. The breakfasts were my favorite, especially the french toast. And every meal we had was so delicious. There were many other staff members around as well who were so gracious - Arturo and others who were quietly cleaning the rooms and doing maintenance of the property, in a very non-obtrusive way. There were even some men taking down some coconuts on a nearby tree for maintenance, and when they were done, the brought the Coconuts to us with a straw to drink the Coconut water. Another nice touch, just to give you a feel for it, was every night during dinner, they would quietly go into each room, close all the blinds, and turn on the AC, so when you went to your room at night it was cool and ready for a good night's rest. The pool was heated the the perfect temperature so we could languish in it for hours. We even went swimming at night after dinner. The more adventurous ones in the group walked down to the beach a few steps below and went for long swims over to the pier during the day. Many in our group were already talking about returning next year. This is an outstanding place for a family reunion or other group gathering
Staying at the Villa Estrella Mar has been one of the best vacation experiences I have ever had. We went with family and a big group of friends for a special birthday celebration. You cannot beat the location, the incredible views, detailed guest suites with incredible treasures, and a staff who's #1 priority is to make sure you have the most memorable experience you could imagine. This place is special, and I know that this was the first of many trips my family will make to PV........ just to stay here. While Mexico was always a vacation destination. This place has made PV our go to. WE LOVED IT!!!!
Villa Estrella Mar is by far one of the best vacation destinations I have experienced. After having been to Puerto Vallarta many times over the years, I didn’t think it could get any better. Boy was I wrong! Villa Estrella Mar far surpassed my expectations. The property beautifully represents the best in authentic decor, the staff masterfully provides for every need while having fun with the guests, and words cannot do the views complete justice. You have to experience Villa Estrella Mar to fully understand how magical it is. Have some coconut shrimp and a frozen margarita by the pool, you’ll be in heaven!
